Clean lines, easy upkeep
A flush door has a flat MDF skin with no raised panels to catch dust or chip. Grooves are routed into the skin after pressing, so you can keep a pattern from this page or send your own.
They suit modern rentals, condo-style interiors and student housing, where doors need to clean easily and look current for years.

Where they fit
- Modern rentals
- GF003 Berkley and GF001 Flush Plain are the most common choices for mid-rise rental suites.
- Student and shared housing
- Flat faces wipe clean and repaint quickly between tenancies. Pair with a solid core on bedrooms.
- Feature doors
- Ladder and plank patterns (GF004 to GF012) give a primary bedroom or den door some character without changing the trim.
