Core and how it ships

Hollow core
A honeycomb core inside the door frame. Light, economical and easy to hang. The usual choice for closets and most bedrooms in multi-unit builds.
Solid core
A solid particleboard core. Heavier, with better sound control between rooms and a more substantial feel when it closes.
Slab
The door only, ready for your carpenter to fit into frames. Hinge mortises and lock holes aren’t drilled unless you ask for them.
Prehung
The door with a 4-9/16″ finger-jointed pine jamb (one head and two sides), sized for a 2×4 wall with 1/2″ drywall. Tell us the handing.

Casing, baseboard, shoe and crown ship on the same order as your doors. See trim profiles
