Using this website

The information on this site is for general guidance. Product photos and drawings show typical styles; actual colour, grain and profile can vary slightly. Specifications, sizes and availability are confirmed in your written quote.

The content of this site, including text, drawings and the 3D viewer, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don’t copy it for commercial use without asking.

Quotes

Quotes are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless stated otherwise. Each quote shows what’s included (doors, jambs, trim and delivery) and how long it’s valid. A quote isn’t an order until you confirm the specifications in writing and pay the deposit.

Orders and specifications

Doors and trim are made to order from the specifications you confirm: style, size, core, slab or prehung, handing, jamb width and trim profile. Please check them carefully. We can’t accept changes once production has started.

Deposits and payment

A deposit, shown on your quote, is due when you confirm the order and starts production. The balance is due before delivery unless your quote says otherwise. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

Production and delivery

Production usually takes 35 to 40 days after we receive your deposit and final specifications, followed by ocean and rail shipping to Ontario. Your quote includes an estimated delivery window. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes, but shipping times can be affected by events outside our control, such as port, rail or customs delays.

Please make sure someone can receive the delivery and that the site can be reached by truck. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

Inspection, damage and defects

Please inspect everything at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report damage, shortages or defects within 2 business days of delivery, with photos. See the cancellations and refunds policy for what happens next.

Doors and trim are supplied primed and need to be stored flat, indoors and dry, then painted on all six edges after installation. Damage from improper storage, installation or finishing isn’t a defect.

Liability

For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as delay costs or lost profits.

If you’re buying as a consumer (for your own home rather than for a business), nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other law that can’t be excluded by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
