Who we are
Premier Building Products Inc. (“Premier”, “we”, “us”) is an Ontario corporation that supplies interior doors and trim to builders and contractors in Ontario. Logan Baird is responsible for our privacy practices and is the person to contact with any privacy question or request.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to quote and fill orders:
- Quote requests: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company, plus the project details you enter (location, door count, styles, trim and notes).
- Orders: billing and delivery contact details, the delivery address, and what you ordered.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don’t receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
- Emails, calls and texts you send us, including attachments such as plans.
- Basic technical data: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
The website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See the cookie policy.
How we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To confirm specifications, take deposits, arrange delivery and provide after-sale support.
- To keep business, accounting and tax records.
- To protect the website and our business from fraud and misuse.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked to receive them. Any marketing email would identify us and include a way to unsubscribe, as Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) requires.
Storage outside Canada
Some of these providers store or process information in the United States or other countries. While it’s there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities in those countries. We choose providers that protect information with safeguards comparable to our own.
How long we keep it
If a quote doesn’t lead to an order, we delete the request within 24 months. For customers, we keep order and payment records for at least six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as Canadian tax law requires, and then delete them.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers with encryption in transit, keep access to the owner, and use strong passwords and two-factor sign-in on our accounts.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further use, subject to legal and contractual limits (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes). We’ll respond within 30 days.
Email info@premierbp.ca or call 647-957-9032.
If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
