The catalogue’s Ontario designs are free, ready-to-adapt plans for the buildings our customers put up: fourplexes, sixplexes and garden suites on existing residential lots. Toronto, Waterloo, Cambridge, Mississauga and Caledon all point builders to them, so many projects start from one of these five.
What each takeoff covers
- Interior doors by width, with the solid core spec from the design notes and 36″ doors in the accessible-ready units.
- Closet sets by opening width and panel count.
- Casing and baseboard measured from each opening and each room, less door openings, plus 10% for cuts.
- Levers split into privacy and passage sets.
- A per-unit breakdown, so you can price one suite type at a time.
